RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Officore. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right,
this policy explains your options under UK consumer law.

1. Return eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused, in original condition and in its complete manufacturer packaging (inner and outer);
  • all accessories, manuals and documentation are included;
  • you can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. How to request a return

  1. Email info@officore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the parcel and pack the goods securely.
  4. Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / Not suitable: return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Faulty or incorrect item received: we cover reasonable return costs (contact us for a prepaid label or approval).
  • Use a tracked and insured service where possible.

4. Items not eligible for return

  • products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage;
  • items returned after the 30-day window;
  • gift cards and downloadable/virtual software;
  • personalised, custom-built or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, or you discover a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take 1–2 billing cycles to post funds.

7. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
