How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your coupon at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order and it doesn’t apply to gift cards or already-discounted items.

What’s your return window and conditions?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and packaging,

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product,

How long is the warranty?
Many electronic items include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery, unless otherwise stated.

What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
For visible transit damage, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@officore.co.uk with subject “Warranty Claim” and include your order number,
product/SKU, a description of the fault, and photos/videos (serial number if applicable).

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard (credit/debit). Other methods are not supported at this time.
