We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and to many international destinations. Available services, prices and ETAs are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and courier availability.

We use trusted carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx). Options vary by destination.

3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. A dispatch email with tracking is sent once shipped.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails, the parcel may be held at a local depot or returned. Redelivery/return charges may apply. Use carrier tools to reschedule or add instructions where available.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

- These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our item price or postage.
- We declare shipment value and contents in accordance with applicable laws. Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.
7. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & DELAYS
Quoted timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs inspection, peak seasons, severe weather or other events beyond our control.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
- Transit damage: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents.
- Lost shipments: If your parcel does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
