2. DEFINITIONS
- “Company” means TERMBRAY LIMITED trading as Officore.
- “Customer” or “you” means the individual using the Service and/or purchasing Products.
- “Products” means office technology and supplies sold on the website (e.g., printers, desktop computers, headsets, consumables and related accessories).
- “Order” means your request to buy Products from us.
- “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your Order.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, prices and availability accurate. However, we do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, current or reliable.

3.3 Availability
All Products are subject to stock. We may discontinue items without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer to:

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Price changes do not affect Orders already confirmed.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom and to many international destinations. Available services and prices are shown at checkout based on destination and weight. Some locations may be excluded or limited by carrier restrictions.
5.2 Delivery Charges
- UK Standard: £9.99 flat rate
- UK Free Delivery: Orders over £50 (after discounts)
- International: Calculated at checkout
5.3 Delivery Times
- UK Standard: 3–14 business days
- International Tracked: typical 5–21 business days (country/service-dependent)
Times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
5.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Import duties/taxes/fees (if any) are payable by the recipient and are not included in our item price or UK shipping charges. Customs processing may cause delays.
5.5 Address & Failed Deliveries
You must provide a complete and accurate address. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful or refused, redelivery/return charges may apply.
5.6 Risk and Title
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes upon receipt of cleared funds.
6. ORDER PROCESS
6.1 Placing an order
Your Order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we email an order confirmation.
6.2 Confirmation
We’ll send a confirmation email including your Order details and estimated delivery.
6.3 Changes
Changes after confirmation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to amend details.
6.4 Cancellation by us
We may cancel for reasons including: unavailability, failed payment, suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or force-majeure events.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 Statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws.
7.2 Return window
You may return Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
7.3 Condition of returns
- Unused and in original condition,
- in original packaging with all accessories and documentation,
- undamaged (reasonable inspection excepted).
7.4 How to return
- Email info@officore.co.uk within the return period,
- obtain an RMA number,
- pack securely and mark the RMA clearly,
- use the specified return method.
7.5 Return shipping
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend tracked and insured services.
7.6 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
7.7 Faulty items
Faulty Products will be repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8.1 Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties may apply and vary by item.
8.2 Our warranty
We warrant against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery, subject to normal use.
8.3 Liability cap
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product, except where prohibited by law.
8.4 Exclusions
- Indirect, special or consequential loss,

- misuse or failure to follow instructions,
- normal wear and tear.

No failure or delay to exercise a right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disorder, or similar events).
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
